05/04 (Mon) Notice on Known Issues

▶ Known Issues

- An issue where the Gear Dungeon tutorial does not proceed normally

- An issue where the icon for Phoenix's skill 'Final Flame' is not displayed correctly

- An issue where 'M2703 Tactical' is not displayed when clicking the weapon icon in the Electro Black Limited Summon Mission Event

- An issue where rewards are distributed as a fixed amount after completing Gear Dungeon battles in certain situations. (Added 05/06) 

- An issue where reward time and rewards do not accumulate upon reconnecting if offline rewards were not claimed. (Added 05/06)

▶ Ongoing Issues

- An issue where the battle occasionally does not end and becomes unresponsive when the Gold Dungeon time limit expires

- An issue where an “Unknown error has occurred” pop-up is intermittently displayed after claiming all achievement rewards under certain conditions

- An issue where approval/rejection mails are not displayed properly when applying to join a guild

- An issue where the guild member count is displayed incorrectly under certain conditions

- An issue where duplicate characters can be assigned and used in both Team 1 and Team 2 during Boss Hunt battles via preset formations, causing an error pop-up when used
