This is the [Animal Busters] development team.

Before we knew it, we had passed the meaningful milestone of 2 months since our official global launch together with you, and now we are making our way through the refreshing early summer of June 2026.

We would like to express our deepest gratitude to all the Commanders who have stayed by our side and shown unwavering love to [Animal Busters] thus far.

Today, along with the news regarding the Doom Breaker collaboration content that was added to [Animal Busters] on June 16th,

we would like to give you a sneak peek into the major updates we are currently preparing for the second half of 2026.

[Doom Breaker] Naver Webtoon Collaboration

Through the update on Tuesday, June 16th, our collaboration event with the popular Naver Webtoon [Doom Breaker] officially went live.

During this event, which will run for the next 4 weeks, characters ‘Zephyr’ and ‘Altair’ will make their debut, followed sequentially by ‘Lucius’ and ‘Ophelia’. 

Along with this, a new Event Dungeon and various reward events have been added, so we kindly ask for your active participation, Commanders!

Following the introduction of this [Doom Breaker] collaboration, we are actively planning future crossovers where characters from other external IPs will naturally blend into the world of [Animal Busters].

Through these efforts, we plan to continuously deliver diverse content that provides our Commanders with fresh experiences and elevates the fun of collecting Busters.

To ensure that our Commanders can enjoy these contents and events without feeling pressured, the ‘Doom Breaker Pickup Tickets’ currently being distributed will be renamed to ‘Collab Pickup Tickets’ in our next update.

Please note that these tickets will not expire when the [Doom Breaker] collaboration event ends. 

Instead, they will carry over so you can use them exactly the same way in any future collaboration events we bring to you.

Bond Codex (Working Title) Update

We are currently developing a new collection codex system that will reveal the diverse bonds shared among our Busters.

This system is being designed so that Commanders can acquire various buffs and stat boosts based on their progress in collecting and upgrading their Busters.

We plan to introduce this feature in an upcoming update this July.

Improving Equipment Growth Impact and Expanding Buster Growth Limits

Many Commanders have shared their feedback regarding the low impact that equipment growth currently has on total Combat Power.

The development team deeply agrees with this concern. To address this, we intend to adjust the stat balance between Busters and equipment by revamping the existing equipment growth system and introducing additional ways to upgrade your gear.

Furthermore, we are aware that many Commanders, whose 5 main Busters have already reached the maximum levels, are eagerly waiting for new goals.

Regarding our update plans for Buster level progression, we aim to provide a new avenue for growth by introducing an enhancement system that increases the level cap of the Level Sync feature.

Stage Expansion and Increased Resource Acquisition

As the growth limits for Busters and equipment expand as mentioned above, we anticipate that the amount of growth resources our Commanders need will naturally increase as well.

To ensure that Commanders do not lose the joy of progression due to the lack of resources, the development team is actively working to minimize this burden.

To help you maintain a smooth and continuous progression, we are simultaneously preparing to expand the final levels of both the Main Stages and Daily Dungeons.

 We will do our utmost to quickly deliver deeper, more challenging gameplay along with generous rewards to match. More details regarding the specific update schedule will be provided in a future notice.
